How to Insert Images into an Existing PDF
You have the PDF; a photo needs to go inside it. A photographed certificate into an application, receipt photos into an expense report, site pictures into an inspection document. Rebuilding the whole PDF from scratch is the long way — inserting the images as pages, exactly where they belong, is the short one.
Step by step
- Open the tool and choose the PDF first, then the images.
- Pick the insertion point: beginning, end, or after a specific page number.
- Each image becomes a full page sized to the image itself.
- Insert and download. Reorder afterwards in the organizer if anything needs to move.
Tips that save a retry
- Inserting several images? They go in as consecutive pages in the order listed.
- For overlaying an image ON an existing page — a stamp or seal — use the logo tool instead.

Will the original pages be modified?
No — they're untouched; new pages are added between them.
What formats can I insert?
JPG and PNG directly, plus WebP and anything else your browser displays.
